1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions govern the sale of equestrian show jumps, cross country fences and all other products by Skyline Show Jumps, selling from us to you, the customer.
1.2 By purchasing any Product from us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in their entirety. Please read them carefully and ensure you understand all provisions before making a purchase.
2. Orders
2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including without limitation if the Product is not available, if there is an error in the price or description of the Product, or if payment authorization cannot be obtained.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Prices for Products are as quoted on our website and are subject to change without notice. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
3.2 Payment for all orders must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment via BACS, Paypal and Klarna.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 We aim to dispatch orders within 4-6 weeks of receiving payment. However, delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control. We will not be liable for any delays in delivery.
4.2 Risk of loss and damage to the Products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided by you.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the Product is faulty or damaged upon receipt. In the event of a faulty or damaged Product, please contact us within 1 week of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.
5.2 Any Product returned must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
